Pedir cita y llegar

Describir síntomas

El médico pregunta

- ¿Ha tenido esto antes? (Have you had this before?)
- Voy a auscultarle / tomarle la tensión. (I’m going to listen to your chest / take your blood pressure.)
En España, puedes acudir al centro de salud para atención primaria o a urgencias para emergencias. En Latinoamérica el sistema varía — preguntar siempre es la mejor opción.
Receta y medicamentos
- Le voy a recetar… (I’m going to prescribe you…)
- Tome un comprimido cada 8 horas. (Take one tablet every 8 hours.)
- Con las comidas / en ayunas. (With meals / on an empty stomach.)
- Durante diez días. (For ten days.)
- ¿Necesito receta para este medicamento? (Do I need a prescription for this medication?)
